    12 oz rigatoni cooked & drained
    6 oz Canadian bacon diced
    2 cups broccoli florets blanched
    3 tablespoons diced green chiles
    6 oz Mozzarella cheese grated
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1/3 cup lowfat yogurt
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs unseasoned
    2 tablespoons Romano cheese freshly grated

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 375.
    2. Spray a gratin dish with vegetable spray.
    3. Set aside.
    4. Put rigatoni, Canadian bacon, broccoli, chilis, and Mozzarella in a large
    bowl.
    5. Cream cottage cheese in a blender.
    6. Add yogurt, broth, wine, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
    7. Blend well.
    8. Mix into pasta mixture.
    9. Turn into prepared dish.
    10. Cover.
    11. Cook for 20 minutes.
    12. Remove dish from oven.
    13. Uncover.
    14. Mix together bread crumbs and cheese.
    15. Sprinkle over baked pasta mixture.
    16. Return to oven, uncovered.
    17. Bake another 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
