    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 large minced Garlic Cloves
    1/2 Onion, chopped
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
    1/2 tsp. Balck Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Oregano
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 (28 oz.) can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 (29 oz.) can Tomato Puree
    4 Tbsp. Sugar

    Recipe




    Heat oil over medium low heat, and add garlic. Stir and cook until golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Add onion and cook until soft and golden stirring frequentsly. Add seasonings and tomato products. Bring to a boil at medium high heat. Reduce to low, cover loosely, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. This yields almost six cups. For meat suace add one pound ground chuck when the tomato products are added.
