    Spinach Lasagne

    Got this from my friend Gloria. I have a daughter in law that does not eat meat. So this I make when we have meat. So she have something special for her...


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 T. oil
    • 1 large onion chop- raw
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 t. Italian seasoning
    • 2 packages chopped Spinach, well drain
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 1/2 c sharp cheese grated
    • 1 egg
    • 1 jar ( 32 oz. ) Thick Spagette Sauce
    • 1/2 cup dry red wine ( can opt. )
    • 2 cup shredded magaretta cheese
    • 9 Lasagne noodles
    • Small jar romano cheese


    Instructions


    1. Fry onion till tender add garlic and Italian seasoning.

    2. Stir in spinach- remove from heat.

    3. Add soup and egg and cheese

    4. In bowl, pour spag. sauce, and wine. Mix.

    5. pour 1/2 sauce mixture into dish or pan.

    6. Arrange noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/2 veg. filling .

    7. Sprinkle with 1/3 of mazella.

    8. Arrange 3 more noodles over the cheese.

    9. Spread with remaining filling spiniach.

    10. Sprinkle with another 1/3 mazella. Top with remaing noddles. and remainging sauce.

    11. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

    12. Sprinkle with remainig 1/3 of the mazarella

    13. Bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes. before serving.

    14. makes 6 servings.

    15. sprinkle with romano before serving.
