German Chocolate Pie

1 pkg. (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate
1/3 cup milk, divided use
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip©, thawed
1 (9") pie crust
Recipe
Heat chocolate and 2 tbsp. milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese; add remaining milk and chocolate mixture; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
