Note: You can reduce the amount of sodium by using a low-sodium tomato sauce.
List of Ingredients
- 1 (26 oz.) jar seasoned tomato sauce
- 20 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a 9x13-inch baking pan or large casserole dish, spread half of the tomato sauce. Place the chicken on the sauce, then pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella
cheese on the chicken, then sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake until bubbly and cheese is lightly browned, 30 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
