4 - whole chicken breats (deboned and skinless)
American cheese slices
Capers
Crushed Garlic
Milk
Flour
Egg
Breadcrumbs

Cut the chicken breats in half, and pound them flat.
Rub the crushed garlic on the underside of the breats,
then place a slice of American Cheese, and the capers on.
Now, roll the breast up folding in the sides so the cheese
will not leak out when cooking, and secure with toothpicks.
Next, roll the breats in milk, then flour,
then dip in the egg (beaten well), then roll in bread crumbs.
Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350*.
Preheat cooking oil in a frypan,
and brown the breats until crisp on the outside.
Place the crisped breats in a shallow pan,
cover with foil and into the preheated oven.
Bake for about 1/2 hr until the chicken is cooked through.
