In a rectagular baking dish place single layer of haddock or chicken.
Top with single layer of swiss cheese.
Recipe
Pour sauce over. Sauce = creamed soup (haddock/celery or chicken/chicken) + 2-3 Tbsp mayo, white wine or chicken stock to thin to sauce consistency.
Sprinkle top with single layer of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350 until bubbly and haddock/chicken is done.
I serve with rice. Easy and great. Enjoy!
