Saw this somewhere and showed Katherine how to do it.
This was such a simple recipe! I love simple recipes. :) And it tasted really good as well.
PS. left the wine out.
List of Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, bone-in or out, skinless
Salt & pepper
2-3 T grated Parmesan
2 T cooking sherry or white wine
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375.
Salt and pepper the chicken to taste and place it (bone side down, if using bone-in) in a small lightly greased baking dish.
In a small bowl whisk together the Parmesan and sherry or wine to create a paste. (You may need to add a bit more Parmesan to get a paste consistency.)
Spread the Parm/Sherry combo on top of the chicken breasts, then bake for about 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
