    3 eggs
    1 cup & 2 tablespoons sugar
    1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon anise extract

    Recipe



    1. beat eggs until fluffy.

    2. gradually add sugar, beating constantly.
    beat for 20 minutes.

    3. reduce speed to low and add flour, baking powder and salt.

    4. beat in anise extract.

    5. bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or intil folden browm.

    yields: 50 cookies
