ARTICHOKES HEARTS AND FAVAS

List of Ingredients
4 Tablespoon Olive oil
4 large onions, chopped
1 15 oz. cans of green fava
1 14 oz. cans of artichoke hearts
1 stick margarine
1 large head lettuce, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe
In a 4 quart pot, place olive oil and onions.
Simmer until golden brown.
Add 2 cans Favas, 2 cans artichoke hearts, lettuce and margarine.
Salt and pepper to taste. Cook to 25 minutes with cover on.
Stir very well and let simmer for another 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
