    List of Ingredients




    1 3lb. Chicken- boiled with salt and pepper and Tony's seasoning. (plenty Tony's) Skin and debone. Bite size pieces
    1 pkg. Spaghetti-boil in same water chicken was boiled in.
    1 lb. velveeta cheese
    1 can rotel tomatoes and peppers
    1 large can mushroom pieces
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 stick butter
    lea perrin 4 tsp. or so

    Recipe



    melt butter and saute onions and peppers. Add lea and perrin & mushrooms.melt velveeted and rotel (chopping tomatoes in cheese)

    In large bowl or large casserole put spaghetti,
    chicken, saute seasonings and water chestnuts. mix well.
    pour melted cheese over and mix well.
    bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or 15 minutes in microwave.
