Deviled Oysters

3 dozen P & J oysters, drained
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon flour
1/2 pint light cream
2 egg yolks
1 Tablespoon minced celery
1 Tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon minced thyme
1 teaspoon mace
1 bay leaf
salt and pepperRecipe
choped oysters, melt butter over low heat;
blend in flour until smooth.
add cream and milk.
heat to boiling, season with paprika, salt and pepper.
serve at once.
serves 4.
