1/2 package frozen chopped spinach
6 small green onions
2 stalks green celery
1/3 bunch parsley
1/3 head lettuce
1 stick butter softened
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
dash hot sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon absinth liqueur
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 dozen P & J oysters, drained

place spinach, green onions, celery, parsley and lettuce in blender container. blend thoroughly to puree.
add butter and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
add anchovy paste, hot sauce; absinthe and salt. mix thoroughly.
place oysters on half shell.
set in pan of rock salt that has been heated in 450 degree oven 30 mintues.
broil 3 inches from heat, until brown.
serve 4.
