    1 pint P&J oysters, with liquid
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 cup light cream, scalded
    3 cups milk scalded
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    simmer oysters in buter and oyster liquid until edges curl.
    add cream and milk.
    heat to boiling, season with paprika, salt and pepper.
    serve at once.
