Pork tenderloin
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoon mustard
French mushrooms (optional)
onion
garlic powder, seasoning salt
pepperRecipe
cut pork tenderloin into medallion pieces.
brown meat (season with garlic powder, seasoning salt & pepper)
cut onions into rings and saute after meat is brown.
remove meat and onions from skillet, place in casserole dish.
in sauce pan add soup, orange juice, and mustard.
mix well.
pour mixture over pork.
top with fresh mushrooms, parsley.
cover tightly with foil.
bake at 350 degrees in oven for 45 minutes.
serve with mash potatoes.
