SEAFOOD FETTUCINE

List of Ingredients
1-1 1/2 lb. peeled crawfish or shrimp
3 sticks butter or margarine
3 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta jalapeno cheese (cut into pieces)
1 lb. thin fettucine or egg noodle
1 pint half & half cream
3 tablespoon chopped garlic
4 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup flour
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
Saute onions, peppers and celery.
Add parsley,garlic, peeled crawfish/shrimp.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add flour, cream, Velveeta cheese and parmesan cheese.
Simmer for about 20 minutes. Boil and drain noodles.
Add noodles to mixture. Put in casserole dish approximately 10 x 15 x 2 inches. Top with Parmesan cheese.
bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
Note* If you are pressed for time, you might want try getting the chopped seasoning mix, fresh or frozen, one or two packs, you be the judge. (This would be used instead of onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, parsley.)
