    Texas Taco Stew

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 medium chopped onion (I like large pieces)
    1 15 1/2 can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
    1 15 oz. can pinto beans, undrained
    1 pack Mc Cormick chilli mix
    1 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 cup water, maybe
    Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
    1 bag tortilla corn chips of your choice

    Brown beef & drain.( rinse w/hot water ti renive excess fat)
    In large pot add all can ingredients and mix.
    Add taco and Chilli mix and onions and stir.
    Simmer on low heat all ingredients
    If you think suce is too thick add some water.( I rarely add water)

    Put Toprilla chips in bottom of bowl, add stew and top with cheese OR
    Put stew in bowl, add chips around bowl and top with cheese and serve hot.
