Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

• 1 box (18oz.) chocolate cake mix
  
• 1 cup mayonnaise
  
• 1 cup water
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Spray and flour a 13x9 inch baking pan.set aside
   
   
2. In large bowl, with mixer on low speed,blend cake mix, mayonnaise, water, eggsand cinnamon for 30 seconds. Then beatat medium speed for 2 minutes. Pourinto prepared pan.
   
   
3. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake springsback when touched slightly in center.
   
   
4. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes; removefrom pan and cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or frost .
