    Broccoli Salad

    List of Ingredients





    1 head fresh broccoli, flowerett's cut small
    1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
    2 cups grapes, seeded, halved lengthwise
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    10 - 12 slices bacon cooked crisp and cut into bite-size pieces


    Dressing:


    1 cup mayonnaise, real
    1/2 cup (brown or white) sugar,
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

    Recipe




    Toss all ingredients together. If serving at a later date, save bacon in a plastic bag and add into rest of salad before serving.


    Dressing:

    Mix all 3 well.
    Pour dressing over salad Let stand in refrigerator for a few hours until chilled.
    NOTE: keeps for up to 7 days.
