    2 whole eggs
    1 qt. salad oil
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tbsp. each granulated garlic, white pepper, salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 dash mutmeg
    1/4 cup chives, chopped

    Recipe




    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add oil slowly, beating constantly.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to dressing.
