List of Ingredients




1 large can tomato Paste #10 can
add 3 cans of water
4 large onions, she chopped them finely.
10 bay leafs
1 Tablespoon Paprick
1 Tablespoon Organio
1 Tablespoon sweet basil
1 teaspoon crush red pepper
4 tablespoon salt
2 cups sugar
6 toes of garlic, choppe dup finely
1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil

fry onions in the oilve oil.
add tomato paste. Fry a bit. Add water and rest of all the ingredients. Simmer until thick.

Can....
1. Heat glass jars in oven on cookie sheet upside down.
2. Heat sauce.
3. Heat jar lids in water in sauce pan.
4. Fill jars within 1/8 inch of top.
Make sure jar top is clean.
5. Seal.
Should make around 12 qts.
