1 CAN [ 8 OZ ] TOMATO SAUCE
1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED ONION
1/4 CUP SWEET PEPPER FLAKES
1/2 TEASPOON THYME LEAVES
1/4 TEASPOON TABASCO

1. HEAT OIL IN LARGE PAN OR DUTCH OVEN
2. ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC SAUTE 5 MINUTES
3. ADD BEEF BROWN SLOWLY
4. ADD TOMATOES,WATER, PEPPERS FLAKES
5. ADD OREGANO,SALT, BAY LEAF
6. ADD THYME,AND TABASCO SAUCE
7 BRING TO A BOILING POINT
8. STIRRING CONSTANTLY
9. REDUCE HEAT SIMER UNCOVERED 30 MINUTES
10. ADD REMAINING INGERDIENTS
11. SIMMER 2 HRS. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
