    6 oz. light pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
    1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
    3 tbsp. skim milk
    1-1/2 tsp. Taco seasoning mix (from 1.25-oz. pkg.)
    3 oz. baked bite-sized tortilla chips (about 64 chips)
    1-1/2 cup finely chopped Italian plum tomatoes (about 5 medium)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


    Recipe



    In small saucepan, combine cheese product, cheddar cheese, milk and taco seasoning mix; mix well.
    Cook over medium-low heat until cheeses are melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
    Meanwhile, arrange chips on large serving platter. Pour warm cheese mixture over chips. Top with tomatoes and cilantro.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 8 servings.
