1/2 CUP ..CUT UP CELERY

1. TRIM EXCESS FAT FROM BEEF
2. HEAT FAT IN DUTCH OVEN
3. BROWN MEAT
4. ADD WATER,ONION,GARLIC AND SEASONINGS
5. SIMMER 2 HOURS
6. ADD ALL VEGETABLES EXCEPT TOMATOES
7. COOK 20 MINUTES
8. ADDTOMATOES
9. COOK 15 MINUTES LONGER
10. PUT FLOUR IN BOWL THICKEN
11. SLOWLY STIR IN SOME LIQUID FROM STEW
12. MIX AND ADD TO STEW
13. COOK UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS
