    CRAB SOUP 2

    List of Ingredients

    2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 empty soup can of homogenized milk
    1 lb. white crab meat
    1/4 cup chopped green onions or shallots
    1 to 2 teaspoons (according to taste) liquid crab oil
    1 stick margarine
    1 pint half& half


    Recipe



    Saute green onions in margarine . Then add crab meat and
    mix well until heated in a large pot on low fire. Add soup and milk, Mix well until dissolved. Stir often
    Add half & half and mix well
    Add sauteed onions and margarine and mix
    Simmer for 10 minutes and add crab boil to taste.
    Simmer 10 more minutes and serve.

    This is a grat dish for parties and entertaining, just double or triple ingredients and serve in a crock pot.
