    Potato Soup

    List of Ingredients

    4 cup diced potatoes
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1/4 cup parsnip, chopped
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup carrot, chopped
    1 qt. GF chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe


    In a large pot over medium heat, combine the first six ingredients.
    Stir in marjoram, salt and pepper and simmer until vegetables are
    tender, about 20 minutes. Puree in batches in a blender or food
    processor. Return to pan, adjust seasonings, and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and serve
