ARTICHOKE HEARTS AND FAVAS

List of Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 large onions, chopped
2 15 oz. cans of green fava
2 14 oz. cans of artichoke hearts
1 stick of margarine
1 large head lettuce, chopped
Salt and Pepper to tasteRecipe
In a 4 quart pot, place olive oil and onions.
Simmer until golden brown.
Add 2 cans Favas, 2 cans artichoke hearts, lettuce, and margarine. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook for 25 minutes with cover on.
Stir very well and let simmer for another 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
