BROCCOLI-ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
1 16 oz. chopped broccoli
1 14 1/2 oz. artichoke hearts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
garlic salt
Recipe
Cook broccoli according to directions on box.
Saute vegetables in olive oil.
Grease Pyrex dish with butter, add cooked broccoli,
add cooked veggies and mix. Add garlic salt to taste.
Some bread crumbs (to hold together)
Add mozzarella cheese and mix again.
Mix bread crumbs and Italian cheese.
Sprinkle on top with more olive oil or butter.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes uncovered.
