Broccoli Casserole

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1½ cups instant rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery, optional
1 can (10¾ oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
pepper to taste
1/2 stick margarine
plain croutons
Recipe
Mix broccoli, rice, onion and celery in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a small saucepan. Add soup, Cheez Whiz, and pepper and blend together.
Pour mixture into broccoli mixture and mix well.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in a skillet, add croutons and stir to coat. Place buttered croutons on top of casserole.
Bake at 350° for 30 min. or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
