List of Ingredients
Bunch of 3 Broccoli
Italian Bread Crumbs
3 or 4 eggs, scrambled
Bit of milk

Now I realize after making it, You cook it on med to low heat. You add the oil to the fry pan. You take the cooked broccoli that you have rolled in Italian bread crumbs and lay it in the pan. I now realize she must of bought 2 bunches and cooked that. Because it was a lot thicker than mine was . After you have layer the broccoli in the pan, you put it on the stove on the med. heat. You take 3 or 4 eggs scrambled with a bit of milk and pour that on it. I remember her even taken a fork and lift it a bit on the sides to get the eggs cooked. I did what Susan said to do, let it brown a bit and then add the eggs, but that is too long and almost burned the food. ( LOOKS LIKE I DID) Anyways just add the eggs right a way. It will take a bit for it to cook. When the eggs seem to be all cook, take a lid or plate. I took a large platter and put on top and flip it over to the plate. I then put the fry pan back on the stove and gentle push the broccoli back into the pan. So now the top is the bottom. So cook a few minutes and slip it on a plate. Great eating huh...
