2 lb. hashbrowns 1/2 C. chopped onion
salt & pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. melted margarine 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 carton sour cream
Topping
1 1/2 C. crushed cornflakes
1/4 C. melted margarine
Recipe
Mix together. Top with topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
