1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
Salt (as needed)
Pepper (as needed)
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Wash potatoes, cut in wedges, rinse and dry.
3. Heat oil, add potatoes and seasoning; toss well.
4. Cook 25-30 minutes.
5. Shake the pan occasionally. Serve immediately.
