List of Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta
Recipe
Peel and slice potatoes. Boil potatoes until almost
done, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir flour into melted oleo. Add milk and Velveeta (cut into small pieces). Stir flour and butter mixture until thickened. Add milk and Velveeta to mixture.
Stir constantly so cheese won't stick. When thickened, pour
over potatoes. Cook in baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
