Smoked Salmon Dip

2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 Tablespoons milk
1-1/2 teaspoons dry dill weed
2 (3 oz each) pouches smoked Alaskan salmon
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
French bread ro unds or assorted crackers
Recipe
In bowl, beat cream cheese with lemon juice, milk and dill weed. Fold in smoked salmon and green onions. Chill a minimum of 1 hour or several hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with French bread rounds or crackers. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
