Sharp Cheddar & Beer Fondue w/ Pretzels

List of Ingredients
- 4 large frozen pretzels
- 1/2 cup strong dark beer
- 2 tbl. finely chopped red onion
- 2 teas. cornstarch
- 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cook pretzels according to package.qMeanwhile whish together beer, onion and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until slightly thickened.
- Gradually whisk in cheese until completely melted nad smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve fondue with warm pretzels for dipping.
