    Sirloin Tips w/ Gorgonzola Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 Cup Heavy Whip Cream
    • 1 1/2 lb. Cubed Potatoes
    • 2 tbl. oil
    • 4 6oz. Sirloin Tip Steaks
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 1 Cup frozen peas
    • 1 1/2 Cup Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese


    Instructions


    1. Set 2 large saute pans over high heat. Add cream to one pan, boil. Add potatoes to cream and simmer until hot.
    2. Add oil to other pan and heat until hot. Season steaks with salt and pepper, add to pan, cook for about 2 1/2 minutes each side.
    3. Microwave peas. While the potatoes are hot add the cheese and mash. Season with salt and pepper. Add peas.
    4. Serve potatoes with steaks.
