Scalloped Potatoes with Gruyer Cheese

- 1 1/2 lb. store bought precooked scallop cut potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 7 oz. gruyer cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat broiler
- Spread potatoes in 13x17 in. baking dish. Scatter mushrooms over the potatoes and sprinkle the cheese evenly over all. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the cream. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Place the dish under the broiler for 1 minute, or until the cheese is bubbling and beginning to turn brown.
