Sausage Cheese Balls

List of Ingredients
10 oz. New York sharp cheese (black label)
6 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
3 cups BisquickRecipe
Crumble sausage and cook until browned. Drain thoroughly. Melt cheese in microwave, stirring every 1-2 minutes until melted. Combine the sausage with the melted cheese in a large mixing bowl and add Bisquick a little at a time until thoroughly mixed. Make into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Put into freezer bags and return to freezer. When ready to bake, thaw on baking sheets about 15 minutes and then bake at 350° until lightly browned bout 12 to 15 minuteds.
Makes approximately 6 dozen balls.
