    List of Ingredients




    1 cup packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup chopped pecans
    11 T softened butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Stir together brown sugar, pecans, flour and cinnamon. In a separate bowl beat butter and eggs. Stir into dry ingredients until just combined. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin filling cups abour 2/3 full. Bake in preheated
    350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
