    1 pound box graham crackers
    2 small packages instant French vanilla pudding
    3½ cups milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip

    FROSTING

    6 T cocoa
    2 tsp white Karo syrup
    2 tsp vanilla
    1½ cups powdered sugar
    2 T oil
    3 T softened butter
    3 T milk

    Recipe



    Butter the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour one-half of the mixture over graham crackers, then place a second layer of crackers over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over this and cover with another layer of crackers. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then frost. Beat all ingredients for frosting until smooth. Spread over cake.
