    Cake
    1 box chocoate cake mix (with Pudding)
    ½ cup sugar
    1/3 cup oil
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup water
    ¼ cup bourbon
    ½ cup Kahlua
    3/4 cup black coffee, double strength
    2 tsp cocoa

    Icing:
    ½ stick butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup evaporated milk or half and half
    1½ cup chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350°.
    Grease a bundt pan.
    Cake:
    Mix all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Put mixture into greased bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then ice.

    Icing:
    Heat butter, sugar and milk to boiling or until sugar is completely dissolved. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted; pour over cake immediately.

    This is a very rich cake.

    I removed cake from pan after 10 minutes and placed on a cooling rack under which I had placed aluminum foil. I frosted the cake on the rack and let it cool there. The frosting is so thick that it does not run off the cake.
