Paula Deen's Cream Cheese Pound Cake

I have baked a cream cheese pound cake for years, but this is the best recipe I have found.
List of Ingredients
2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1¼ cups butter, softened
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
7 egg yolks
2 tsp butter-flavored extract
7 egg whitesRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Add in butter flavoring and flour mixture.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold half of egg whites into batter, then quickly fold in remaining egg whites. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean.
