    List of Ingredients




    1 (16oz) bag frozen, chopped spinach, well thawed
    3 ounces medium noodles, dry
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    sale and pepper to taste
    8 oz package cream cheese, at room temperature
    ½ cup sour cream
    3 T milk
    3 T finely chopped onion
    shredded cheese

    Cook noodles in water according to package directions for al dente. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a baking dish with Pam. In a large skillet, cook beef, garlic and onion, stirring to crumble beef. Cook only until no pink shows in the beef. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and well drained noodles. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream and milk until smooth. Spread half the meat mixture in the prepared baking dish. Spoon half the cream cheese mixture over the beef. Layer all of the spinach evenly over the cheese. Spread remaining meat mixture over the spinach and the remaining cheese mixture over all. Bake, covered about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake, uncovered until the cheese melts.
    Serve with slaw and corn muffins.
