    2-3 cans pinto beans
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
    ½ cup chopped green pepper
    1½ cup self rising meal
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onions
    1½ cups buttermilk

    Recipe



    Fry sausage, onions and peppers. Drain and put in 9x13 casserole dish. Pour on canned ingredients and cover with cheese. Mix cornmeal and buttermilk and pour on top. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
