    1 cup butter
    4 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
    2 1/3 cup sugar, divided
    5 large eggs, divided
    1½ cups all-purpose flour
    ½ tsp salt
    2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    3 T Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Cook over low heat until melted, stirring frequently. Set side to cool.
    Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9 pan with aluminum foil and coat lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
    In a medium bowl, beat 2 cups sugar and 4 eggs with an electric mixer until fluffy (about 4 minutes). Gradually add flour and salt. Stir in melted chocolate mixture.
    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in 1 egg and liqueur.
    Pour half of chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over chocolate mixture. Spread remaining chocolate mixture over cream cheese layer.
    Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
