    Eunice told me this was her mother's recipe. She called it her 321 pudding.

    List of Ingredients




    4 or 5 biscuits
    3 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 cup sugar
    pinch of salt
    3/4 tsp vanilla
    3/4 tsp nutmeg

    Recipe



    Break biscuits in small pieces, put into medium size baking dish brown side down. Beat eggs, add other ingredients and beat or stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over biscuits and push down biscuits until wet. Bake in oven on middle rack at 375° f0or 30 minutes.
