    1 cup plain flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp sugar
    1 cup chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    1 cup Cool Whip
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 egg yolks
    ¼ cup plus 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    extra Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Mix flour, melted margarine, 1 tsp sugar and nuts together. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 min. Cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
    Mix well Eagle Brand milk, 2 egg yolks and lemon juice, spread over cream cheese layer.
    Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.

    Note: I double the lemon filling mixture.
