    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup margarine, softened
    2 (10oz.) packages frozen
    strawberries, thawed
    2 egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    8 ounces whipped topping

    Recipe



    Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine in bowl; mix well. Spread on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Let stand until cool. Combine strawberries, egg whites, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat for 10 minutes. Fold in whipped topping gently. Sprinkle cooled crumb mixture into 9x13 glass dish, reserving a small amount for topping. Spoon strawberry mixture over crumb layer. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Freeze overnight.
