    List of Ingredients

    2 large cans of apricots (drained) saving liqiuid
    Ritz crackers
    brown sugar


    Butter bottom and side of baking dish.
    Layer apricots in dish (round side up) and dot each with butter. Top with crushed Ritz crackers, sprinkle with brown sugar. Add 3-4 T of reserved juice to dampen sugar.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 30-45 minutes until browned.

    Note: you may use as many apricots as you like, if having a large crowd repeating each layer as above or as few as you wish for a smaller number.
