    Sue's Milky Way Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups milk
    6 eggs (egg beaters may be used)
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    1¾ cups sugar
    6 regular size Milky Way bars
    ½ cup milk chocolate chips
    ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Melt candy bars, milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 cups milk in top of double boiler. Beat eggs, add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla and evaporated milk. Blend well. Fold in candy bar mixture and mix well. Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Add additional milk to fill to proper capacity. Mix well and freeze.
